Lead (Pb) is not
welded and exist as particles on crystallization
in α brass. Consequently It is cut very well.
It is used for precision cutting gear, gear
and screw of mold.
Lead (Pb) is welded until 0.3% and of
good hot working in ( α+β) brass. It is
used for pressed part and good cutting
part.
